What You Will Be Doing:

- Work with hiring managers and Human Resource partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions and sourcing and diversity strategies (internal/external, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods)
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet business requirements and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
- Screen resumes received and conduct preliminary interviews before shortlisting of potential candidates for interview with respective hiring managers.
- Responsible and administer foreign employment contract, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Responsible for administrative, on-boarding activities and logistics support for new hires such as explaining salary & terms of offer, contract preparation, personnel file preparation, induction and etc.
- Track expenses relating to work passes and ensure consistency in billing.
- Explore and pilot innovative sourcing methods, and continue to find new ways of improving the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels.
- Research, analyse and contribute ideas to the talent acquisition and development plans that are aligned with the people and business strategy.
- Assist on other HR projects as and when required

Who We Look For:

- Degree qualification in HR or Business Management or equivalent with min 2 - 4 years of work experience in recruitment agency or human resources functions in Fintech/ FMCG/ Ecommerce/ Internet industry
- Possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and hands-on to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Well-versed with Singapore regulations such as Employment Act, MOM regulations
- Driven and possess a positive mindset
- Meticulous with work and tracking of hiring
