Role Summary
The Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's Provider acquisition strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of CRM management, and the ability to motivate and develop strong relationships with candidates and coworkers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a passion for healthcare, and a commitment to organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy: Teach and develop current recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Creatively find new sourcing tools and opportunities that foster qualified Provider leads
- Team Coordination: Manage team of Provider Engagement Specialists , ensuring a high level of performance and individual development
- CRM Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the recruitment CRM system to ensure efficient and effective candidate tracking and communication
- Candidate Sourcing: Execute all active and passive funnels to maximize partnership opportunities. Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, provider platforms and employee referrals
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, budget spending and make data-driven decisions to improve processes
- Collaboration: Work closely with Director of Business Development, Recruiting Manager and other department heads to understand recruiting needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and benefits to attract motivated Provider partners
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, project management or like field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing CRM systems and leveraging technology in recruitment processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with healthcare industry recruitment is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year + bonus
