Job Description
The Manager, Team Member Experience will work in partnership with business leadership and across the people team to support Fanatics Betting & Gaming’s (FBG) team member experience strategy. This role will have a unique mix of responsibilities that span across programs supporting FBG’s team culture, employee engagement and recognition, and internal communications. You will be accountable for analysis, program development and executing the overall experience strategy. Through this work, you will have the opportunity to create programs and influence internal processes that truly impact the culture of Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG).
Responsibilities
FBG Listening Program
- Design Listening strategy, based on best in class to make FBG Better
- Lead the end-to-end management of the employee survey programs. Including, the design of employee surveys, analysis of data, and company-wide action planning and strategy of implementation (Listening Program)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define survey objectives, design questions, and establish a comprehensive survey strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Critically analyze employee survey data and feedback analytics, then draw upon this information to guide People team priorities
- Development, implementation (through Culture, Communications and Community team) and adoption of engagement-related programs, processes and strategies throughout the organization focused on enhancing the experience working at FBG
Internal Communications
- Support and manage internal communication programming, such as employee newsletters, intranet content and supporting Sr. Manager with company All Hands.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for communicating to employees, taking into account the needs of different audiences and employee survey data.
- Develop, write and edit communications for the People Team, including emails/Slacks, FAQs and presentations/All Hands
- Understand the company’s strategy and voice, and champion the FBG tenets in all communications and channels.
Team Culture + Recognition Programming
- Design FBG’s first Employee Value Proposition
- Lead findings across People team to drive a better, more inclusive and equitable experience
- Ownership of FBG’s recognition strategy in partnership with the Finance, leadership (including: service anniversaries, milestones, internal swag, etc.)
- Partner with PBPs and broader People Experience team to measure the effectiveness of current programs and continuously utilize internal and external data to enhance programming.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years of related experience, including progressive survey experience
- Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about employee experience
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and interpretation
- In-depth understanding of people best practices and drivers of behavior, including adoption and change management best practices
- Experience with program management, organization, effective planning and executing of large-scale programs, events, and initiatives
- Ability to establish credibility and develop, maintain, and influence at all levels in the organization while building relationships and trust during times of change and transition
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Must travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
The base salary range for this role is $107,000 per year - $160,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.
