About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives within our People Digital Team. Operating in a multicultural environment across five continents, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end project execution within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive impactful global projects in the People domain, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple concurrent global projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on the project needs and deliverables.
- Coordinate across diverse global teams to drive progress and resolve challenges in a multicultural setting.
- Oversee SaaS and HR system deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with senior management and project sponsors, ensuring full transparency on progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, driving risk management and resolution efforts.
- Prepare and lead Steering Committees, ensuring alignment and support from leadership.
- Monitor project budgets, financials, and ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience managing complex global projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Expertise in SaaS implementations and HR system deployments (required).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
