The Talent Manager will oversee the end-to-end hiring process and implement systems to ensure compliance and best practices across all 13+ locations. This position plays an essential role in developing initiatives and building the candidate pipeline, attracting qualified workforce talent, creating recruitment partnerships and successfully executing suitable placements for positions.

Overview of Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and anticipate future hiring requirements.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative recruiting approaches to attract top talent in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
- Prepare and manage recruiting budgets across all platforms; forecast spending.
2. End-to-End Hiring Process Management:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for our Corporate and National level roles
- Partner with General managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish hiring criteria for local recruitment
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
3. National Recruiting Support:
- Provide guidance and support to management teams across multiple locations to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and industry associations to expand the talent pool.
4. Recruiting Compliance and Best Practices:
- Implement and maintain recruiting systems, tools, and processes to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
- Assist with experience and exit interviews for employees. Provide an analysis report to discuss trends and areas of improvement.
- Provide employee turnover and other statistical information to appropriate parties

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment technology tools.
