We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HR professional to join our team as an HR Project/Program Manager, Employee Experience/Talent. We are seeking a highly motivated HR Program Manager to lead initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience and talent development. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that drive engagement, retention, and development across the organization. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and optimizing talent/HR programs to support business goals. � Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. � Act as a champion for company culture, ensuring alignment with organizational values and mission. � Lead talent development programs, including employee development, career pathing, and manager development. � Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for HR initiatives and programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation. � Support organizational design and development efforts, including change management, implementation of global initiatives and programs to drive employee growth and organizational success. � Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. � Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between culture, engagement, and OD initiatives with broader HR strategies.� 10+ years of experience in HR, talent management, HR program management, or employee experience roles. Experience and knowledge in Learning and Development and/or Organization Development is a plus. � Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR programs. � Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. � Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. � Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions. � Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement, talent development.
