As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy.
The Marketing and Social Media Manager position is a contract opportunity offering flexibility and can be filled on a temporary or part-time basis, depending on the candidate's availability and preferences. The Marketing and Social Media Manager position also offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and expanding our marketing efforts, a collaborative and energetic work environment, competitive salary, and hybrid and remote flexibility with flexible working hours estimating approximately 10 (ten) working hours per week.
As the Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy while collaborating with internal teams to drive recruitment and business development efforts and will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives that enhance SHR Talent’s brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with SHR Talent’s goals
- Manage all social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc., including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to create targeted campaigns that attract top talent and clients
- Manage brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SHR Talent stays ahead in the recruiting space
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage candidates and clients
- Assist in event planning, sponsorships, and other brand-building activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics
- Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
- Experience in Paid Ads, a plus
- Prior experience in the recruiting, staffing, or professional services industry, a plus
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
