Director Of People & Culture Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience in a leading HR role for a multi-concept restaurant or hospitality group
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, SHRM and/or HRCI certification, or a combination of school, certifications, and job experience is highly preferred
- Experience in restaurants/hospitality is required
- Must be local to the NY/NJ/PA market - this is not a remote position
