We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent & People Partner to lead recruitment efforts in the US and act as an HR business partner for our growing team. You will be instrumental in hiring top talent, supporting our US expansion, and laying the groundwork for our Florida office.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, can operate with autonomy, and enjoys both building from scratch and executing at a high level.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build targeted talent pipelines.
- Actively source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and drive employer branding efforts in the US.
- Act as the HRBP for the US team, supporting the VP of Sales and leadership team on people-related matters.
- Support onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts for US employees.
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee relations to ensure smooth US operations.
- Help establish the Florida office, including workspace logistics and operational setup.
- Support a strong, collaborative culture as the US team scales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR in high-growth startups or SaaS companies.
- Proven track record in recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles in the US market.
- Strong ability to build and implement people processes from scratch.
- Knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and align with leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Israeli founders or teams (a big plus!).
- Experience working in a scaling startup with an entrepreneurial mindset.
