In this role you will be responsible for internal company recruitment, working with external recruitment agencies, on boarding new staff, ensuring company policy and procedure is adhered to, as well as other minor to major HR duties.
This role would a HR Administrator/ HR Manager, looking for a role in a family-run business, with the added benefit of career progression, work life balance, as well as discretional company benefits.
