Working flexibly across 11 Hotels, 7 of these based in Sydney, this role will provide exposure to 4 brands within the Accor network and the exciting world of people and performance inside busy Hotel operations.
Job Description
Your days will be varied & exciting and your focus will be on the following:
- Team member engagement - be part of action planning and rollout for 2025 to ensure our teams are thriving in their work environments.
- Learning & development - assisting in the organisation and facilitation of our onboarding including Heartist and Welcome to Accor as well as virtual, masterclass and in-person training.
- Recruitment & talent attraction - it’s not just about the interview! Attend industry events, support community partners and be a talent magnet for upcoming employment opportunities across our hotels.
- Employee advocate - be a go-to for our team, utilising your knowledge on our benefits, learning and development opportunities to "find the yes" in every situation.
Qualifications
A desire to engage, promote, elevate and support our team of almost 400 is desired over tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Having a passion for people and experience in hospitality operations will be highly regarded.
