Purpose
The People & Culture manager is responsible for leading the P&C team with a focus on talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, people management, L&D and RTW ensuring commitment to the organisation’s values. This role will collaborate with all departments including Executive, Senior Management, and various stakeholders, both external and internal, to effectively manage the diverse workforce in our office and accommodation houses, implement P&C best practices, and contribute to the success and well-being of our workforce.
The People & Culture manager will ensure timely expert consultation, communication, and professional support, including managing a diverse range of critical issues and projects relating to key strategic objectives.
About You
- Relevant qualifications in or other health related qualifications and/or extensive experience in the P&C field.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, working with individuals with complex support needs, preferably in the NDIS context.
- A minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience demonstrated in managing a team to provide support to participants, families and the organisation where required.
- Significant HR/P&C experience managing both onsite and offsite employees in a high/fast paced environment.
