Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive people and culture strategy at a C-suite level.

- Drive transformation initiatives across a diverse, 50-strong team with two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage international HR operations, leveraging experience from group-level roles in Europe or the Middle East to deliver innovative solutions.
