We are on the hunt for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join us. Working with 5 other consultants across SA, NSW and VIC and reporting to the National Recruitment Manager – If you love a fast-paced work environment and problem solving is your thing - this is not an opportunity you’d want to pass up.
To keep it Short and Simple, the role looks like:
- Talent Sourcing + Candidate screening: Using databases, social media, job boards anything you can think of to source and screen potential candidates.
- Job posting and advertising: Get creative with writing job descriptions - We want to ensure we are targeting the right candidates, whilst still maintaining a professional manner.
- Collaborating with Regional and National Managers: Ensuring smooth communication with all managers to ensure we are meeting the businesses hiring needs.
- Onboarding assistance: Coordinate recommendations and contracts to be sent to candidates + ensuring all the necessary data and reporting is up to date.
