Job Description
The People Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the people operations function, ensuring the efficient and accurate onboarding of all new team members into the HRIS, including contract creation and data entry, and offboarding processes. The People Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day system administration and team member changes, ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our people have a great end to end employee experience. You will collaborate with leaders to ensure that people processes are continuously enhanced and focus on improving team efficiency and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of People Operations Coordinators.
- HRIS SME for all onboarding queries.
- Build HRIS capability across the team.
- Oversee HRIS system administration.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Oversee day-to-day organisational structure changes/position management.
- Verify team member contract variations and updates.
- Oversee advisory query management
Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in business management or human resources, coupled with proven experience managing people operations, in a high-growth enterprise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, LMS, and payroll systems (highly desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
- A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, acting as a cultural ambassador and advocate for both leadership and employees
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs
