Frazer Jones is excited to partner with a rapidly expanding financial services company in search of an ambitious HR Associate . This is a unique opportunity to step into a critical role as the trusted right hand to the Head of HR, contributing to strategic HR initiatives while handling key operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Support employees with benefit inquiries, including health insurance, pensions, and leave management.
- Oversee payroll administration and benefit claims processing.
- Assist with engagement initiatives such as surveys and company events.
- Deliver the wellbeing calendar to foster a supportive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, including paperwork and resources.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development initiatives.
- Organize professional development sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
- Keep the employee handbook and policies updated.
Key Requirements:
- A detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for HR.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is a significant advantage.
