ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier Employees. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our growth. Additionally, you will contribute to compliance, employer branding, and HR initiatives that align with our company’s vision. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a rapidly expanding brand and work closely with key stakeholders to build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust recruitment strategy to attract top talent across salon roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
- Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms, to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives that showcase our company culture and values.
- Work closely with the People Team to ensure an efficient and engaging onboarding process.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, ideally within the beauty, hospitality, or retail industry
- Multi-site recruitment experience is desirable
- Strong ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract high-calibre talent.
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and optimising processes.
- Passionate about people and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
