Working within a multi-skilled HR department, we are on the lookout for an experienced People and Recruitment Administrator to support in all aspects of the recruitment process, as well as assisting with various HR administrative tasks and projects. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will work with the HR team, wider departments and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the recruitment process, helping to reduce time-to-hire and vacancy posting times, as well as ensuring candidates receive a proactive and high-quality service on behalf of Horder Healthcare. Based from both The Horder Centre and The McIndoe Centre, as well as offering hybrid working, this is a full-time, fixed-term position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. About You: You will be a passionate and experienced professional, with excellent communications skills to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your colleagues. Prior experience in a Recruitment / HR administrative, coordination role. Knowledge of ATS and HR systems, with experience / exposure to reporting tools. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Excellent IT skills, including a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. An excellent team player, with the ability to also work autonomously. Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning. Salary: up to £27,500 per annum, depending on experience In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
