To continue attracting top talent and strengthening our People team, we are looking for a Junior People & Talent Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment to help drive our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to other key People initiatives.
What will you do?
As a Junior People & Talent Specialist, you will manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Actively identifying and attracting top talent through multiple channels (e.g., job fairs, networking, referrals).
- Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining an efficient and structured process.
- Organizing and supporting Talent Days and other recruitment initiatives.
- Maintaining and analyzing recruitment data and KPIs to improve processes.
- Contributing to employer branding efforts, helping position LTP as a top workplace.
- Supporting other People initiatives, including onboarding, internal communication, employee engagement, learning & development, and well-being programs.
- Helping streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day People operations.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a proactive and positive attitude, eager to work as part of a team and to contribute to building a caring and engaging workplace. Specifically, we value:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field,
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (preferably),
- Interest and motivation in recruitment and employer branding,
- Strong communication and organizational skills,
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative,
- Collaboration and teamwork spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment,
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
