Talent Attraction Specialist
The purpose of the role is to support the HR department to attract and select the best candidates according to the required profiles, through various channels, plan interviews and select procedures to support shared service center internal clients; Be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires; develop several employer branding strategies aiming to create and maintain relations with potential recruitment sources and hosting/participating in diverse recruitment events.
âš™ What will you do?
Recruitment & Selection:
- Working closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, main requirements, market specificities while supporting job description development when needed.
- Advertise positions on several external platforms but also internally (viva engage, SharePoint, Sodexo jobs).
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, social and university platforms and professional networks) using a variety of techniques, such as job postings, while effectively targeting the right kind of profiles for the job.
- Assess candidate information, including screening calls following in-person interviews alongside with hiring managers when candidate meet requirements.
- Align with hiring managers the selected profile, offer to be presented and share starting date information.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicant and potential candidates creating a talent pipeline and updating ATS.
- Training new leaders on all the stages of recruitment process following up along way
Onboarding:
- Assist with final steps ensuring all hiring paperwork is delivered according to payroll deadlines.
- Guarantee the new joiners feel welcome on first day through onboarding sessions provided by S.F. Team.
- Update new joiners’ information on SharePoint page.
Employer Branding:
- Establish and maintain long term relations with professional schools and universities keeping networking database up to date.
- Lead employer branding initiatives while attending external job fairs/recruitment events and promote internal activities to create awareness of SBS.
- Develop several internal activities to promote HR initiatives across SBS (e.g. Belonging Day; Mentoring programme; Leadership journey and others)
- Prepare Linkedin/Viva engage posts, Tvs adverts and other internal communications.
Other tasks:
- Perform employee year review and exit interviews to collect feedback from SBS Employees.
- Conduct employee referral program enriching recruitment process while engaging with SBS employees.
- Manage documentation and keep up with all IEFP projects (e.g. internships).
- Create and maintain several DEI partnerships.
- Draft and promote HR policies.
- Update SharePoint and organizational diagram.
🤙 What you'll need to succeed?:
- Graduated in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant graduation.
- Around 5 years experience as a Talent Attraction Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- A Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Fluent in English
