- The selection and recruitment process of International Head Office employees,
Country Offices, and Store Management roles,
- Executing internal promotion programs for international operation
and coordinating with Country HR team.
- Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified
candidates, implementing general ability and personality tests, making a
competency-based interview with candidates,
- Leading or contributing to HR-related projects and participating in
process improvement projects
- Developing and managing the company’s employer brand
- Attending job fairs and participating in another on-campus recruitment
opportunities,
Providing regularly various recruiting reports to management,
- Being pro-active with the ability to prioritize, work with minimal
control and direction and above all be able to communicate
effectively with senior managers and staff at all levels.
- Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
- Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
The Candidate We Are Looking For
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar background preferably international recruiting experience,
- Experienced in competency-based interviews, personality inventories
and general ability tests,
- Experienced in project management,
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment,
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
