Position: Head of People and Culture
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Pay: $240k to $450k/year (depending on experience)
Experience:
- 10 years of progressive human resource experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Must be a professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources or equivalent designation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is looking for a Head of People and Culture to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Oversee all people-related functions, ensuring effectiveness, sound practices, efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction of business needs.
- Develop human resource strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Optimize and streamline organization-wide processes centered on team members, encompassing areas such as recruitment, onboarding, fostering engagement, performance management, feedback mechanisms, annual reviews, promotions, and benefits administration.
- Lead as a coach and trusted advisor to team members and leaders on complex human resource-related matters, including performance issues, investigations, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Partner with executive leaders to drive scalable, innovative, and impactful company-wide people initiatives that align with Pepsi Bottling Venture’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with Suntory’s People and Culture leadership to foster synergies across our organizations, shared goals, and processes.
- Provide visionary leadership and oversight to the People and Culture team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Identify key human resource metrics to measure and define success, measure the effectiveness of people and culture initiatives, and identify, analyze, and report people and culture trends using data insights.
- Ensure human resource practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risk while promoting a culture of integrity.
