Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid)
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, proactively advising on changes that impact the business.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HR policies, contracts, and workplace legislation.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and redundancies.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and legal requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work legislation and diversity hiring best practices.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Support change management processes, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.
- Conduct coaching or training sessions on HR policies, legal compliance, and employee relations best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in an HRBP or similar role, with a focus on employment law, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced or complex business environment is a plus.
