We're thrilled to announce the opening for the
Human Resources (HR) Director role in our Moët Hennessy ANZ office. This position will report directly to the Managing Director of ANZ.
We are looking for a dynamic HR leader who is passionate about driving innovation and inclusivity in the workplace culture. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and creating an empowering environment that nurtures talent and foster future capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
How you will contribute…
Strategic HR Leadership
- Shape the Future: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives aimed at empowering talent and developing future capability
- Collaborate with and advise Executive Committee in aligning HR strategies with overall business initiatives, providing people-related insights and coaching leadership effectiveness
- Lead Excellence: Manage a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
- Regional Collaboration: Partner with APAC HR and People Services teams to leverage regional expertise and share learnings
- LVMH Representation: Represent MH in local LVMH meetings, leading programs and building connections across the group
Employee Engagement and Culture
- Enhance Experience: Leverage annual employee engagement surveys to identify key improvement areas to enhance employee experience
- Community: Promote a sense of belonging and shared values through culture initiatives
- Champion DE&I: Design and implement DE&I activities
- Promote Wellbeing: Create a positive work environment that advocates employee wellbeing
Talent Development
- Nurture Talent: Partner with leaders to identify and nurture high-potential talent through tailored development programs, mentorship and coaching
- Succession Planning: Maintain a robust succession plan to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles
- Performance Management: Manage global performance review cycle through RISE and ensure managers are fluent with the GROW model to support individual development plans for their team
- Learning & Development: Develop and implement annual talent learning & development roadmap
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Regional Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities, leverage on MH’s employer value proposition to attract top talent and creating exceptional candidate experiences
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Reviews: Lead annual Individual Compensation Review process with HR and Regional Compensation & Benefits teams
- Partner with ExCo in collecting and consolidating individual proposals for yearly compensation review
- Recommend salary changes targeted to specific actions (promotions, transfers, short-term assignments, market adjustments & retentions)
- Align employee compensation with external market benchmarks & budget guidelines
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Strategic Planning: Build HR workforce planning strategies for immediate and long-term resourcing needs
- Financial Management: Manage overhead budgets, forecasts & strategic plans
Integrity & Compliance
- Enhance MH's efficiency by overseeing HR systems/process solutions implementation
- Compliance: Collaborate with the Compliance Champion to develop an annual compliance calendar, support training updates and minimise risks
- Ensure alignment to ERICA (internal compliance tool) to ensure all HR requirements are actioned appropriately
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) & Wellbeing
- Develop and implement WHS strategy in accordance to applicable legislation and provide training to employees
- Wellness Roadmap: Develop and implement annual mental and physical wellbeing roadmap and manage Employee Assistance Provider program

Experience
- 10+ years in HR, including 5+ years in leadership
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing HR teams
- Expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals and providing daily support to stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building with senior leaders, employees, and external partners
- Skilled in organizational development, change management, and culture-building
- Comprehensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle and engagement strategies
- Experienced in coaching leaders on employee relations and fostering development
- Proficient in optimizing business performance with HR tools
- Industry knowledge in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is a plus
Education
- Degree in HR or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Australian and New Zealand employment law
- Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and managing P&L
- Understanding of payroll, performance reviews, budgeting, and forecastinng

- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
