Role Overview:
The People Partner will be a key player in driving our growth by sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent for our engineering, product management, and design teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, develop strategies to attract candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will be a key player in shaping our recruitment processes, optimizing candidate experience, and contributing to the overall growth of the product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, team structure, and growth objectives.
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech and product roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. Leverage multiple channels to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design leaders, to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining strong communication and providing timely feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the tech product space. Advise hiring managers on market conditions and help shape compensation packages to attract top talent.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity in hiring by identifying and promoting diverse talent pipelines and ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, enhance team collaboration, and improve the candidate selection experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or people partner role, ideally focused on hiring for technical product teams (e.g., software developers, product managers, UX/UI designers).
- Strong understanding of the tech product landscape and key roles within the product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality talent for technical and product teams.
- Familiarity with various interview techniques, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
