About the Role:The Talent & Culture Specialist will play a crucial role in creating a smooth, efficient, and inspiring workplace. This person will be responsible for HR, employee scheduling, event planning, and office coordinationβensuring that our team stays organized, motivated, and focused on our mission. Responsibilities:π₯ HR & Talent Support:
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
- Maintain employee records, HR policies, and compliance documents.
- Support team members with HR-related inquiries, benefits, and company policies.

Scheduling & Operations:
- Manage team schedules, office calendars, and key deadlines to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Coordinate executive schedules, team meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently to support a productive and organized workplace.
π Events & Culture Building:
- Plan and execute team-building activities, office celebrations, and company events.
- Develop creative ways to enhance team culture and employee engagement.
- Organize wellness programs, training sessions, and recognition initiatives to keep morale high.
π’ Office Management:
- Oversee office logistics, supply management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the workplace is a well-functioning, inspiring, and high-energy environment.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to optimize daily operations.
