Our client is seeking a Program Manager, Employee & Workplace Experience in Mountainview CA. As a Program Manager, Employee & Workplace Experience, you will be focused on driving connection programming across our global workforce by executing regional events, a large-scale end-of-year celebration, and ongoing in-person and virtual initiatives. This role will bring strategy to life through meticulous event planning, coordination, and program execution to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among employees.
- Temporary Role: Current staff is on MAT leave until end of October
- Location: Mountain View, CA
- Pay: $48 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Execute the developed 2025 strategy for connection programming, collaborating with global teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional connection events (Block Parties), fostering meaningful in-person engagement at the local level.
- Lead the planning and execution of a large end-of-year event, ensuring it reflects company culture and aligns with program goals.
- Drive regular and ongoing connection opportunities throughout the year, leveraging both in-person and virtual programming to strengthen relationships.
- Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure the seamless delivery of connection programs and events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to tailor programming to regional needs while maintaining consistency with the overall strategy.
- Develop communication plans to effectively promote programs, engage employees, and ensure program visibility and participation.
- Monitor and analyze program success metrics, gathering insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, event planning, or employee engagement.
- Strong experience planning and executing large-scale events, both in-person and virtually.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills, including crafting announcements and marketing materials, with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
- Experience developing and managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
