Overview
This role will be equals parts marketing, branding, and project management. You will participate in a variety of awareness, promotional, and recruitment efforts in multiple regions. You will work closely with our Marketing, Communication, and Production leads to execute impactful strategies and activations that resonate with our audiences, represent our brands, and ultimately attract incredible talent.
You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, that stories can shape the world, that employees want to share their stories, and that making an authentic connection can mean all the difference in attracting the best talent.
Responsibilities
• Help execute employer branding strategy in the EMEA region, highlighting key differentiators that set the company, its culture, and practices apart from competitors.
• Effectively understand and clearly relay values and mission both internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent.
• Partner closely with various brand marketing teams to produce, coordinate and manage creative assets for the career site, various social media channels and other platforms.
• Help maintain the careers website and its content, managing requests from the organization
• Assist in managing the social media accounts
• Participates in key marketing campaigns and EB operational programs as identified by the Director, Employer Branding and Manager, EB International
