Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management and be adept at utilising various HRIS and ATS systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, and Taleo. This role requires excellent data analysis skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HR function, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR processes.
- Utilise ATS for recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Present HR metrics and data analysis to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organisational objectives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo is essential.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for presenting information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
