PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) MANAGER
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a People & Culture Manager . Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the People & Culture team, the People & Culture Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Perform general Human Resources and administrative duties , w hich include, but not limited to, the following:
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers compensation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Manage the leave of absence process, including FMLA, disability, and other leave types, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to legal requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits, leave policies, and workers' compensation claims, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely reporting, compliance with regulations, and proactive management of return-to-work programs.
Maintain accurate records for all benefits, leave, and workers' compensation data, preparing reports for management as required .
