Our client is an established FinTech company in Blockchain / Crypto / Web3, with physical operations across APAC + China.
Due to expansion, they are looking for a TA Manager to champion their internal recruitment function.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be in charge of:
- Develop recruitment strategies, build and improve recruitment system, recruitment SOPs, standardize recruitment processes and improve recruitment quality & efficiency
- End-to-end recruitment ownership till onboarding of employees
- Develop recruitment plans & talent pipelines
- Conduct regular recruitment data analysis & industry feedback
- Work closely with HRBPs & businesses
- Establish & maintain employer branding & enhance company's influence in the industry for talent attraction.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HRM or Business related fields
- Min 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experiences preferably in related FinTech industry; namely Blockchain, Crypto, Web3
