Responsibilities:
- Identify, build and maintain client relationships in a competitive environment

- Source relevant candidates using tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, industry contacts, and SL Recruit database
- Build a strategy to maximize revenue including both business development and account management.
