POSITION: Talent Acquisition Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

LOCATION: London based

REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at LVMH Beauty is responsible for recruiting junior head office roles, implementing the retail recruitment strategy, and supporting the LVMH Beauty intern cohorts. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the TA specialist ensures the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent to drive the company's success and uphold its prestigious brand standards.

Job responsibilities

AS THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

Recruitment

Work alongside the Maison’s to drive best practice recruitment across junior Head office vacancies and retail recruitment.
Become a proactive resourcing expert. Actively driving direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and your network.
Support the transition to becoming a skills-based organisation, driving proactive skills-based recruitment.
Maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders with regular and informative updates.
Use your knowledge and recruitment experience to ensure you offer desirable alternatives/solutions to ensure that we always find the right candidate for all positions.
Strengthen the mobility process within the LVMH Beauty Division and wider LVMH group, to champion internal talent and meet KPIs.
Provide a fantastic candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
Lead by example ensuring DEIB guidelines are always followed.
Ensure Recruitment processes are in line with GDPR.
Proactively source talent across a variety of backgrounds, roles, and departments to create diverse talent pools.
Work in accordance with employment law and data protection, ensuring all interviews are structured and documented using the LVMH Interview Guide.
Manage stakeholder expectations through setting clear timelines and expectations for recruitment processes in addition to regular updates and swift response times.
Ensure Recruitment costs are tracked and communicated, on a monthly basis.
Ensure Recruitment trackers are kept up to date and completed with relevant details.

Other

Champion & support driving the DEIB strategy
Act as a Brand Ambassador for LVMH Beauty at all times, including supporting on Maison EVP projects and employee branding initiatives.
Collaborate with university and school partnerships, working on strengthening existing partnerships and building new relationships.
Support the wider HR team on various initiatives.

Profile

Profile:

Passion for Luxury
2-3years of Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
Understanding of the Retail Industry and, ideally, the Cosmetic/Luxury Market
Previous retail experience desirable
Commercial Awareness
Team Player & proactive
Able to adopt a flexible approach
Ability to deal with confidential material
A genuine passion for HR and desire to contribute to the success of the business and each Brand
