Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a talent for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a growth mindset, a bias for action, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and End-to-End Accountability: Lead projects and project teams to achieve project goals while ensuring that every team member takes full ownership, from start to finish: plan, execute, deliver, and support. Promote a culture of accountability and ensure that all aspects of the project are managed effectively, leading to successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Deadline & Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Explore every possible lead to increase economic performance with a value-first approach.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
- Growth Mindset: Encourage and implement continuous improvement processes. Promote a culture of learning and development within the team.
- Bias for Action: Take initiative and act decisively to address challenges and opportunities. Challenge the status quo by questioning existing processes and seeking innovative approaches to drive projects forward with energy and determination.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading large projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Initiative to challenge existing processes and drive innovative solutions.
