We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable HR manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of HR functions across onboarding and recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, data analysis and policy compliance.
As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with our Head of People to foster a positive, productive work environment while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with our recruitment team.
- Oversee and support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive first experience with the company.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with internal documentation requirements.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote a positive organisational culture and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and staff surveys.
- Help identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and overall team performance.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Provide support to employees with questions about benefits, payroll, and compensation packages.
- Ensure timely processing of benefit-related documents.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure company compliance.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR-related reports and data analysis on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
- Track HR initiatives and support the development of strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
o HR qualification
o At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
o Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
o Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
