Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning and implementation of social media campaigns across diverse platforms to boost brand visibility, engagement, and monetization tailored for the US audience.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics, utilizing insights to refine our social media approach.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives, delivering consistent reports on campaign performance and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the global PR & Marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in social media management or marketing, particularly in the adult content industry.
- Proficiency in managing leading social media platforms including X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of the interplay between content creators and their audiences within the US market, with expertise in fan engagement and branding.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing various social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance and enhance engagement.
