Salary: Up to £28,000.00 (Depending on Experience and Qualification Status).

Within this role, you will help to support our People Development Team with a plethora of HR related duties to ensure our people based across over 20+ UK sites can effectively adapt and evolve with the business, as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive human resources service to multiple sites, providing support to line managers and our people
- Build proactive working relationships face-to-face and over the telephone advising on HR topics such as performance, absence management, etc and any other ad-hoc queries
- Compile accurate and timely communication to people with employment life cycle updates such as changes in terms of contract, remuneration, flexible working etc.
- Maintain effective systems and records to provide accurate HR Management Information
- Facilitate a comprehensive recruitment, on-boarding and professional development service to our people
- Process payroll and keep abreast of changes in legislation
