Salary: Up to £28,000.00 (Depending on Experience and Qualification Status).

Within this role, you will help to support our People Development Team with a plethora of HR related duties to ensure our people based across over 20+ UK sites can effectively adapt and evolve with the business, as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a comprehensive human resources service to multiple sites, providing support to line managers and our people
Build proactive working relationships face-to-face and over the telephone advising on HR topics such as performance, absence management, etc and any other ad-hoc queries
Compile accurate and timely communication to people with employment life cycle updates such as changes in terms of contract, remuneration, flexible working etc.
Maintain effective systems and records to provide accurate HR Management Information
Facilitate a comprehensive recruitment, on-boarding and professional development service to our people
Process payroll and keep abreast of changes in legislation
