About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Officer to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role
- Assist colleagues with queries, requests, and employment discussions to increase job satisfaction and performance.
- Serve as the primary contact for department colleagues, ensuring office coverage during business hours.
- Prepare letters, contracts, certificates, and coordinate documents requiring internal signatures.
- Ensure employee files are audit-worthy and support compliance and audit-related matters.
- Maintain regular communication with department heads, update colleague information sites, and coordinate monthly departmental meetings.
- Execute corporate learning initiatives, manage online portals like Axonify, track learning hours, and generate reports.
- Co-ordinate invites for induction, training room management, record training hours.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and memorable experiences for new joiners and effective off-boarding procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations and performance issues.
- Handle confidential matters, ensure compliance with health, hygiene, security, and safety regulations, adhere to HR service standards, and perform other duties as required.
About You:
Successful candidates will have the following skills:
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
- Have a keen interest in talent development and L&D
- Experience in and a passion for Recruitment whether external or internal.
- Interpersonal skills
