As the Head of People, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving our people strategy. You will lead all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development—all while ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment. Your leadership will be vital in aligning our people initiatives with our business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to drive effective HR practices and initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes, addressing any conflicts effectively
- Represent Utility Bidder in all matters related to employee legislation and compliance
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for all staff

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably Head of People or similar
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement
- Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD or equivalent) are highly desirable
