Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, succession planning, and retention efforts.
- Drive programs designed to cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant workplace culture.
- Champion DEI initiatives, collaborating with both internal and external partners to implement impactful strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and best practices while leveraging HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
