Company Description
With more than 3,000 employees, Deloitte is the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark. We tailor solutions across Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Risk Services, Technology, and Transformations.
In a busy and innovative consulting organisation, we are looking for a full-time senior communication consultant to strengthen our brand, share our stories internally and drive various projects.
You will have the overall responsibility for all communication tasks, from developing the communication strategy and plan to operationalising and executing it. You will be reporting directly to our COO and will work closely with our Managing Partner and members of our senior leadership.
At Deloitte Technology & Transformation, you will work with many stakeholders and gain great insights into the consulting business. You will get to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organisation, where the tone is informal, and the colleagues are fun, competent, and supportive.
Job Description
In this role, you will take ownership of key communication tasks, spanning both internal communication and social media engagement, including:
Internal communication
- Writing texts for internal communication, including being responsible for the managing partner’s newsletter and ensuring a pipeline of stories on a continuous basis.
- Responsible for organizing and executing monthly town hall meetings for Managing Partner.
- Updating content on our Intranet and ensuring that the content is appealing and relevant.
- Running and developing our internal communications strategy.
SoMe communication
- Writing texts and articles for LinkedIn on behalf of the Managing Partner and the management team
- Developing new corporate presentations and updating existing ones – examples of such presentations include material for recruitment and onboarding purposes.
Qualifications
You have the following skills and experience:
- We imagine that you have a degree in communication or journalism (or something close to that). You enjoy writing corporate communication and you are super sharp at conveying critical business and leadership messages to different target groups.
- As we are writing all of our material in English, you must be fluent in written English and have great writing skills in general.
- We expect that you have experience with developing storylines and creating strong and appealing communication material in Microsoft PowerPoint – this will be an advantage when you are driving projects or presenting to senior management.
- You have +3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from a larger international corporation.
Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
