Our client, a Major retail brand, seeking a Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team for an onsite contract in NYC. The ideal candidate will have extensive social media and influencer management experience, including running influencer programs.

- Rate range: $45-48 per hour
- 6-8 months, full time hours
Responsibilities:
- Scale a results-driven, industry-leading influencer program that delivers measurable success.
- Develop and implement innovative influencer strategies to drive incremental revenue growth while optimizing for efficiency.
- Partner with a major retail brand to leverage internal tools and systems, expanding influencer reach and enhancing brand awareness and relevancy.
- Lead the vision and execution of marketing campaigns and on-the-ground events to boost brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Prioritize program automation and streamlined reporting processes to improve the influencer experience and minimize manual dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to execute transformative business initiatives aligned with strategic investments.
- Build a dynamic ecosystem of fashion discovery through compelling, social-first influencer campaigns that deliver impactful, brand-aligned narratives.
- Monetize influencer content across platforms, enriching storytelling and driving engagement through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Analyze program performance against KPIs, presenting insights and identifying opportunities to test and refine strategies for greater impact.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget with flexibility to adapt to shifts in business priorities and market trends.
- Experiment with emerging social channels and create pioneering programs to stay ahead in the evolving social media landscape.
