Role:
In this role, you will help the C-suite in managing the relationship with the clients and the company's strategy regarding social media platforms. The ideal candidate has an interest in learning about representing the company and will be able to juggle constantly changing priorities, handle a wide of range of administrative and executive support in a high-pressure environment and be able to work well within a team.
This job is ON-SITE based out of Austin Texas.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS required.
• Provide immaculate administrative and scheduling support to the team.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Minimum of 3 year of administrative experience is preferred.
• Negotiation skills strongly preferred.
• Dress and speak in a professional manner as client interaction is common.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Organized and analytical.
• Research and data analysis experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion and interest in learning about the directors business strongly preferred.
Pay Range - $70K-$110K base + Bonus
