We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head of Alliances to spearhead our partnership strategies and initiatives. This role focuses primarily on building and nurturing direct employer relationships, with a secondary focus on collaborating with staffing partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving strategic alliances, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions for diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Employer Partnerships
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement partnership strategies to build long-term relationships with direct employers, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for direct employer partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Market Research and Analysis: Analyze industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and refine existing strategies.
- Collaborative Solutioning: Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address employer needs, such as talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of employer partnerships and regularly report on progress to senior leadership.
Staffing Partner Collaboration
- Maintain Staffing Ecosystem: Identify and develop relationships with select staffing agencies to supplement workforce solutions where needed.
- Monitor Performance: Evaluate staffing partner effectiveness, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with agreed terms.
- Expand Staffing Network: Proactively explore opportunities to expand the staffing partner network to meet dynamic business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or a similar role, preferably with experience in both direct employer engagement and staffing partnerships.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a high-growth environment.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for developing trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and partnership performance, using data to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with workforce solutions especially SAP, Workday and Oracle, recruitment technologies, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in managing complex partnership portfolios and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to employment and staffing.
