Inviting applications for the role of HR Business Partner
In this role, as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) in a BPO company plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business goals. They work closely with management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition support, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Addresses employee relations issues, ensures compliance with labor laws, and implements training programs to enhance workforce capabilities. By acting as a liaison between HR and other departments, the HRBP helps create a productive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with Malaysia consulting leader as business partner, contributing to the implementation of the business strategy.
- Responsible for supporting, designing, developing and leading the execution of the unit people strategy and plans.
- Fully understand the Genpact people strategy and practices and localize & customize the same in Thailand by cooperating with Genpact corporate HR team. Details include but not limited to designing and implementing HR policies in Thailand in accordance with the labour law, Talent & Career Management, Performance Management & Development, Reward & Recognition processed, People Practices, capability building / Talent Development, Strengthen Employee Relations, Talent engagement & Retention, HR operation (payroll ) & Compliance.
- Provide HR leadership and coaching to managers regarding employee relation issues.
- Lead significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design.
- Partner with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ensure HR metrics fully reflected in daily people management and meet the targets.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, with good command of spoken and written English.
- At least 4 years HRBP experience in MNC.
- General knowledge of HR functions including, but not limited to, compensation& benefits, employee relations, staffing and HR practices and policies.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience in effective resolution of talent issues, strong facilitation skills, and counselling skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
- Experience in consulting/BPO industry preferred.
