Our client is searching for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join their team.
Must have at least 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting from a bulge bracket, premier PE or blue-chip consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to source and secure top talent across levels
- Drive efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) processes to improve key recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Communicate the company’s value proposition and role-specific advantages
- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
- Manage external agencies and reduce overall recruiting costs
- Lead strategic recruiting initiatives and events
- Maintain talent dashboards, reports, and recruitment SOPs
- Research and implement new TA technologies
- Provide data-driven insights and flag risks/opportunities
- Lead process improvements and change management initiatives
- Enhance employer branding and manage referral programs
- Coach junior TA team members and lead internal TA training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier program
- Located in or willing to relocate to New York; in-office presence 4 days/week
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in investment banking or private equity
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, selection, and behavioural interviews
- Experience in employer branding, diversity recruitment, and change management
- Familiarity with Lever (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
