The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and help build a best-in-class brand. This part-time role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while contributing to meaningful work, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as Bare Mum continues to expand.
You’ll play a key role in driving the brand’s growth by crafting and implementing impactful marketing strategies across various channels (paid, earned, and owned). From managing product launches and campaigns to building partnerships and creating engaging content, you’ll help Bare Mum connect meaningfully with our audience and community. You will also be responsible for overseeing and nurturing our loyalty program to foster customer retention and brand loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build Bare Mum as a trusted, best-in-class brand.
- Lead digital communications, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Plan and manage product launches and exciting campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Identify and nurture meaningful partnerships that align with our mission and values.
- Create compelling content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
- Manage and optimise the customer loyalty program to improve retention and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate on retail and e-commerce initiatives to drive growth and awareness.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise efforts and drive results.
- Represent Bare Mum at events and key face-to-face activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce and/or retail.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and campaigns.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience managing or supporting loyalty programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with flexibility and ease.
- Passion for women’s health, well-being, and empowering mothers.
