Role Summary:
Measure and monitor the pulse of the major change program/initiatives to inform our change management strategy including communication, engagement, and project activities in collaboration with the business. Develop and maintain all tools, reports and processes for managing stakeholder initiatives and oversee collection and distillation of feedback. Key focus is to support preparing stakeholders (internal & external) to adopt change driven by introduction of new Product & Technology initiatives and system enhancements.
Your Day to Day:
- Communications Development: Collaborate with various teams to create and schedule communications, develop engaging content, and maintain a global communications plan to enhance awareness of departmental activities.
- Stakeholder Documentation & Assessment: Maintain documentation on changes, impacts, and stakeholder action plans; identify stakeholders and assess the degree of change with updated heat maps.
- Regional Engagement Events: Plan and execute events to deliver consistent information and engage key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment.
- Change Network Support: Facilitate Change Network meetings, document outcomes, and design evaluation tools; maintain member database and enhance participation across groups.
- Readiness Assessment & Reporting: Develop and analyze readiness assessments, monitor stakeholder progress, and collaborate with vendors for reporting needs.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: 5-8 years in Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Communications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
- Change Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of change processes at both individual and organizational levels.
- Change Management Expertise: Proficient in change management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of organizational challenges and familiarity with project management approaches and lifecycle phases
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is 80,000 - $133,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
