QUALIFICATIONS
2 - 4 years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience writing material for CEO and CFO-level communications.
Strong managerial and organizational skills.
Strong public presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
Familiarity with the creative side of traditional and digital marketing.
Strong Adobe & Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Proficiency in more than one language is preferred.
The position requires 15% travel.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field (required).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all corporate/project-specific marketing and communications plans, public relations, and brand identities.
- Align the company’s mission, core values, brand, and objectives across corporate/project-specific marketing and investor communications initiatives.
- Create and implement a calendar of marketing campaigns, special events, and speaking engagements.
- Design, copywrite, produce, and distribute print/digital marketing material such as, but not limited to signage, brochures, branded merchandise, e-mail blasts, digital advertisement banners, art installations, and lifestyle photoshoots.
- Oversee the design and content for digital marketing platforms, including social media channels and websites.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Manage all agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiations.
- Oversee select project level branding and marketing including oversite of logo design, signage design, public art, etc.
- Own, prepare, and deliver investor-related communications, such as: corporate presentations, investor construction and quarterly reports, pipeline deal summaries, fact sheets, and press releases.
- Plan and execute key investor events to promote company objectives and cultivate relationships.
